hi, never came acroos this before ,The seller only allows buyers to purchase 1 item every 10 days.,what does this mean,?

its for a car part so not wating 10 days with a faulty car,

Sellers can put ths block in place,  it's to stop a malicious buyer buying a mulititude of items in a short period of time,  leaving bad feedbacks,  causing negatives, and trashing a sellers account.

Having said all of the above sellers can,   and do exempt blocked bidders ,  if they know they are prompt payers from before,  and some may not even know they have this block in place,  so worth messaging the seller. explaining you cannot buy from them because of this block.

Yes will contact them ,as have 100% feed of 549, maybe block unknown.

It happens often, and the seller is bemused.

If this is the case here , advise them to go to Accouint tab >> Site preferences >. Buyer Requirements >. Block Buyers who, and there, to scroll down the page , to make sure the little box is unticked, beside block buyers buying ** items in ** days.
