Should I close case n wait for another 20 days

I have recently bought 2 items n they have not arrived. I have opened a case since it was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. Seller asks me to close case n wait another 20. Advice?

Do not close the case as you will not be able to re-open the case if the items do not arrive.

Contact ebay on the date they gave you on the case & they will take the necessary action.
