I purchased two items and gave seller positive 4+ reviews,afterwaiting for his feedback I contacted numerous times and finally got this reply
Really sorry you feel like this. My customer service is focused on getting the item delivered and on time. As a seller I am only able to leave a positive review so I am unable to rate a buyer so it is kind of pointless for me to do so. Many thanks for getting in touch and stay safe
How can ebay rate them 99.6% when this is

feedback is VOLUNTARY!
no one HAS to leave feedback
since ebay removed the option for sellers to leave anything but a green positive dot for buyers, a lot of sellers don't see the point in leaving feedback for buyers
feedback left for sellers is still important as it shows whether a seller fulfils orders quickly etc
feedback for buyers is completely pointless, as all it says is you bought and paid for an item, as sellers are not allowed to say anything else
are you buying items or green dots?
