Seller won't dispatch until they have the funds in their account

Hi,

I bought something on BIN and the seller says "I aim to post once payment has cleared. The system has now changed and it goes direct into bank account and not PayPal 1st."

I thought sellers had to dispatch when ebay said "dispatch now" when using the managed payment system, even if the money hasn't cleared their account yet, or have I got this wrong?

No you haven't. The Seller should Ship when EBay tell them to do so.
