Hi everyone so im in a bid which ends in 22 minutes, sorry for late notice for help the problems only just arose
Basically the seller has messaged me threatening that if the bid doesnt go over a certain ammount he wont accept the bids.
I understand that if he does this i would get a refund, however seeing as hes using this a s a threat to try make people bid more is there not a way he could be held accountable to ship the item to the winner of the bid regardless of whether hes happy with the
price?
Thanks for your help
he cannot be forced to send the item
he can only be forced to refund
You just leave Negative Feedback and low stars, just say "Seller would not honour the sale".
That is all you can do with this sort of Foolish Seller, if they want more then they should start at a price they are happy to sell at.
Seller obviously does not understand bidding, if an auction starts at 99p and you bid a £100, unless there are other bidders it still sells for 99p. So you could bid whatever you like and without competing bidders the price would not rise.
