Bought a camera, with a fault not described in the description.
The seller issued a paid returns label, then immediately refunded. Doing this makes it impossible to print the returns label, as eBay simply directs you to the message saying you have a refund.
Have had this happen before. It seems sellers do this to avoid paying return shipping. I imagine the seller had a message on the screen warning of this before issuing a refund.
What are the next steps?
Once seller refunds, ebay assume they don't want item back, so close case & label not available.
Message buyer & say " Happy to return camera if they supply label or paypal payment to cover postage"
Up to seller what they want to do then, if you pay to return it yourself, ebay won't get involved now.
