Seller has made an offer. If I accept, can I apply the Perks15 discount code to the final price?

I was watching an item and the seller has made an offer, which gives me the options to accept or decline.

The item is also eligible for the Perks15 code. However, if I accept the offer (which it says then commits me to buying it), would I still be able to apply the Perks code at checkout and so get 15% off the offer price, rather than the original price?

the T&C's state:-

This coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon, site discount, rebate, offer, gift coupon or other promotion.

so I would think it won't apply if you accept the sellers offer
