I bought something rather large and expensive from a seller, but I need to return it.
I'm happy to pay to return and I have booked to send it back, signed by DHL as it weighs 35kg.
Do I have to go through the returns process, as I wasn't sure if they automatically raised a return label with a random (and possibly inconvenient) carrier, which I would then have to pay for? Or if I can input the DHL details and that will be sufficient?
I didn't even want to start down the 'Returns' process to find out, as I didn't want to find myself in an unhelpful cul de sac, committing to something I didn't want to do.
If you return the item yourself and have an eBay return open, just add the tracking number to the return details once dispatched.
