I have had issues with a seller on ebay I bought a dress but it was not as described the seller accepted the return after arguing over this. I returned the item myself and I have the recipt however no tracking info to put in on here. I have heard from the seller today who have said they have received the item but will not refund me. How do I go about this? What can I do I can't get hold of ebay.

Sorry, but always best to open ebay case & return items tracked,
unless seller refunds you, ebay won't force as you can't prover delivery.
