I bought 3 bras for my wife. 2 were the correct item and 1 was not. I arranged with the seller to return the 1 item and he has received it. He can’t refund me for 1 item because it shows a return of the whole order.

How do we resolve this issue?

As I say, the only way to sort it is for your seller to refund you for the one you have returned.

If you bought the 3 bras as a complete item they should all have been returned so the seller could issue you with a full refund.

You will have to ask the seller if he would refund you just for the one bra, he will be reluctant to do this as, by doing a partial refund of the full order he will lose his selling fees.

I see that, but 1 of the bras was incorrect, wrong size, so I only returned that 1.
He doesn’t have another in the size we wanted so shouldn’t he be able to refund me for 1 item?
There’s no dispute between us, we’re just trying to sort it out.
