Return of faulty item

I purchasec an item that was faulity within 14 days so raised a return but may have done wrongly as 'just did not like' so then had to put in notes it was faulty; however this meant no pre paid return label.

 

Seller not replyong now so thought I would close return and start again hoping I could do as faulty to the hopefully get a printed and paid return label. Once closed won't allow this.

 

Have sent a message to the seller (again) plus ebay customer services but will they reply and anyone any other ideas>?

You cannot open a case twice. Why did you say, did not like? You could try opening a case in Paypal, but if the seller refers to the Ebay case and your original reason for wanting to return, you may not win. It is always important that you open the correct case, read the money back guarantee and follow the procedures.
