Return dispute

Hello there I have bought an item which I’ve had to return, however I didn’t send the item back using the pre paid label as didn’t have facilities to print the label, I sent the item back 2nd class but the seller is refusing to give me a refund as I haven’t got a tracking number, I’ve tried to ask ebay to help out but all the automated help assistance is saying I need to return the item because I’ve not entered a tracking number, I’ve tried to email ebay but because the item has ended I can’t enter a item number is the subject for the email to be sent. has anyone else had this problem? If so how did u manage to resolve it? Thanks

eBay have to be the ones to change the tracking number on your return case.   Try live chat at the bottom of this:
