Hello i have filed a dispute for item not being as described and it is not showing up in rsolution center i have filed it on the 30th of april. It is not in my purchase history yet if you scroll down it is there and says check the progress of return, where it tells me what i have said, and waiting for seller resposne howeever there has been no update from the. I want to get ebay involved but the fact that it is missing from the resolution centre and it is not showing on the track progress of return does not help. Can you please help me i am confused. Thank you
Today is Friday, eBay's maintenance day, and many things go awry, disappear and reappear at will, might be worth trying later or even tomorrow. You still have plenty of time to escalate for eBay to step in.
Or, what device are you using? If the ebay app, might be worth changing to a laptop / PC / browser, but don't use IE, see if that helps.
If you opened a return request, and you still can't access it through the Resolution Centre (link at foot of any page), which would be highly unusual as all opened cases and return requests are logged there, you can access it from the email Ebay sent when you opened the request, or from the message in Ebay Messages in your account. Alternatively, if you're using the app, ditch it and switch to Desktop view or use a PC or laptop.
Have you actually returned the item yet...? Your post isn't clear. If not, and the seller hasn't supplied a returns label, escalate the return request to Ebay on day 9 (8 x 24 hours after you opened the request). The date on which you can escalate is stated in the request. Ebay will either supply a tracked returns label at the seller's expense, or will force the refund without the need for return.
