Require return address

Hopefully you can help.

purchased a football shirt. It arrived a lot later than expected. It's NOT the size advertised, the "minor pinhole" advertised seems a lot larger than a pinhole, and above all, it seems a fake replica of an "official shirt"

I initiated a return, and the buyers address was visible, however, since then the buyer has become nasty and un-cooperative and offered me a partial refund of a penny!

I have been professional and advised him I will be returning the item for a full refund, even though I will be out of pocket returning it, as per eBay policy.

The item has been securely wrapped but I cannot find his return address.

How do I locate this considering it WAS listed on my initial Return Policy.

Many thanks.

You must do it properly otherwise you won't even see the 1p.

On every listing there is the Money Back Guarantee, READ IT. It means what it says, you get a Full Refund and the seller pays for the return. Once you pay return postage you won't get that money refunded.

You open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE and the SELLER has to provide a Replay Paid return label. Why ever are you going to let the seller off the hook. Read and follow the instructions, only if you don't follow the instructions  will you not get a refund.

The expenses caused for a seller are expected to teach them the error of their ways.

"I will be out of pocket returning it, as per eBay policy."  You should by now know that is NOT ebay policy. Buyer only pays for change of mind returns, not when the description is wrong.
