Redeemed Nectar points from Nectar website but not received voucher. Not showing at checkout!

Nectar have confirmed that my points were redeemed from my Nectar account and that voucher will appear at the PayPal checkout. No Nectar voucher at checkout and no sign of my voucher anywhere! Had to pay for my purchase via my bank account.

Vouchers are shown on the left side of the checkout page. If not you will have to contact Nectar.

Thanks. Can now see the Nectar voucher on my eBay Nectar page but still unable to use it, as it's still not showing as an option at checkout. Have contacted Nectar who are looking into it. Advised to give it 14 days.
