this is related to a purchase on the 20th Oct , i contacted seller (twice) and they have told me i will get a refund when the undeliverable item is returned to them , i have no idea what happened concerning delivery as it was to a click and collect store . they have my payment , i have no item .
there seems no way to contact EBay directly and i am just going round in circles .
Ebay options only give me a " contact seller " which i have already done .
maybe it is not the sellers fault , it could have been the small shop the item went to , if it even got there , i dunno ...
i paid via PayPal and they have my money , this does not look to be being resolved at all if the item is missing for such a long time .
what further action to take ?

As the Tracking says 'Undelivered', open a case 'for item not arrived' with paypal.
Let them sort it out for you (as you paid by Paypal)
