Bra was fit for the bin. Tried to return the article as the seller agreed to a return., however refused to accept it at the addreess supplied so Iam now out of pocket for extra postage. I dont seem to be able to contact anyone for help. I dont want to give up as this seller should be stopped from conning other ebay members. PLease can someone help. Ebay should have a help desk for problems like this.
Ebay has customer support, Corinne, but you don't need to contact Ebay for this (or any other) problem. The system is fully automated (it has to be on a site with many millions of members). You simply open a return request for not as described, Ebay then supplies you with a tracked returns label at the seller's expense, you then get the label scanned at the Post Office when you take the package there to get your POP receipt, and you are then fully refunded when tracking proves delivery or attempted delivery back to the seller. It's a very simple process. All you have to do is follow Ebay's clear instructions.
