Problem contacting seller

I bought a tire from a seller in texas i didn't realize it was a pick up item with no shipping until after i bought it i live in oregon and obviously just cant go pick it up.. Ive messaged seller 4 times for a refund no responses? What do i do?

Even though collection items are not covered by buyer protection you can still try a "not received" case.   Go to More Actions, far right of item on your My eBay Purchase History page, click on "I didn't receive it" and escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.

You are in the US and on the UK boards.

Sign out of ebay.co.uk and then into ebay.com for the US

If the seller is not responding and you have not paid I guess they will open a non payment dispute

That is what would happen here but you need to ask your question on the US boards
