Paypal & Ebay not linking when paying!!

My Ebay & Paypal accounts are supposedly linked (on My Account is says 'unlink' so obvs they are linked) but recently I am having to go to Paypal and log in everytime i purchse something, this is very frustrating. I have chatted with Ebay on a few ocassions re this but they say it is Paypal or my browser. I have tried Chrome and Firefox and they are the same. Help!! it is driving me mad!

Are they showing as 'linked' in Ebay and in PayPal...? If so, and that isn't the problem, unlink, and then relink.
If you continue to have problems, is it only with business sellers...? If so, that will be because those sellers have been switched from PayPal to Managed Payments. MP cannot accommodate auto-pay (because buyers' PayPal payments will be going to Ebay's PayPal account and not the individual sellers').
