Parcel Force tracking says delivered but no-one was home to receive, no card left.

Parcel Force tracking says delivered but no-one was home to receive, no card left.  Contacted seller on Friday, day after supposed delivery, and after checking with neighbours.  Heard nothing yet.  Just wondering what they can do if anything since PF says delivered and or what I can do and in what time scale.

Unless the seller has shipped to the wrong address, ie. not the one you provided at checkout, your gripe is with Parcel Force, not the seller. When tracking shows delivery, the seller's job is done. The seller can't refund you, or be forced to refund you, because they can't lodge a claim with PF to recoup their loss - because tracking shows delivery.

 

So contact Parcel Force yourself and ask them to investigate. If they've misdelivered and can't retrieve the package, they, Parcel Force, will have to compensate you.

 

But before you do that, check again with family members and neighbours, and also around the property, as that almost always turns the parcel up.
