Item not recieved ,no tracking number sent.automated help is very contradictory l yes l opened a case. No l didn't. Theres no confirmation that l am being heard at all.sent in circles being continually asked for your email,password or ph number to get too the next level, quite often your correct password is incorrect. Initiating that you need a text number.My time frame for a refund is nearly done. All phone help gone as a consequence of covid with the phone helpers to work at home in .This is the excuse for no people contact. Covid has been going on for months, phones should have been organised and happening by now. So what next, this problem is bigger than l have the time type. I just want a refund without the circus.

Open a not received dispute in Ebays resolution centre, how you paid is irrelevant.
Seller will need to provide tracking details to prove delivery, otherwise, you`l be refunded.
if the refund is`nt forthcoming from the seller, ask ebay to step in once link is available.
