I won 2 Items on Ebay. The seller then cancelled my bids, but offered to contact me with a view to me purchasing the 2 items.I reported him to Ebay, who said they would investigate him.I left him Negative Feedback.Today I notice it as been removed from his Feedback. So some unsuspecting person can be duped again.Very Dissapointed with the outcome. Can anyone advise Please.
If you gave what you said, we could then point out the part/s that are not allowed.
To be honest when leaving a Negative the less said the better. Being factual will almost certain mean mentioning Ebay, Paypal Cases etc and they are all grounds for removal.
Much less likely if you just put Unsatisfactory transaction.
What reason did the seller use to Cancel your purchases? How did you report the seller to ebay? Did you ask them to read the messages implying an Off Ebay Deal?
I reported him to Ebay, who said they would investigate him.
Did you say this in your feedback? if so, that's why it was removed.
If you don't tell us what you said it's very hard to advise you.
You can read eBay’s policy on the criteria for feedback removal here: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/rfe-spam-ov.html
(Scroll down to where it discusses feedback, click on "Read our full policy".)

Your feedback must have been a policy violation and warranted its removal....
what did you say? Mentioning eBay, PayPal, refund etc is definitely a no no...
You had 60 days to leave Feedback. You probably left it before any Investigation has been completed?
