My return was delivered to sellers neighbour but no refund. What do I do?

Item delivered to sellers neighbour but doesnt show as delivered on tracking.

If tracking doesn't show as delivered, how do you know neighbour has item?

It shows as delivered to neighbour but doesnt show as delivered on ebay

As in on the royal mail website it shows as delivered to neighbour but isnt marked as delivered on ebays output of the tracking number.

Contact ebay & get them to update tracking,
as it shows delivered, they will make seller refund you.
