There's a seller I absolutely do not want to accidentally deal with again.
Can I stop them from showing up in my searches?

Not permanently, it has to be done for each search you do. Using Advanced Search (top right of any page, next to the blue search button), scroll down to "Sellers" , tick "Only show items from", change 'include' to 'exclude' and put in their ID.
