Is there any live chat with someone from ebay. I wish to open a case but my item is not even listed and it's telling me cannot be found

If your item is not listed on eBay you should be able to find it on your PayPal and can open a case from there too.

On paypal I can see it but when I click to go to the resolution center, then it is not finding it either. It is relinh me that the 90 days have passwd.

That's because this is the UK site, and you're in Malta. You can't open a case here because you're not registered here. Log out, and back into the site you registered on (which will be ebay.com if there isn't a dedicated site for Malta).

I always log on to .com but when you have to do a claim or receive a message from the seller or something and I want to reply, it always take me to .co.uk. and I cannot change it. I don't know why. He also asks me to log on again. Even now I had to log on again to reply to you. Sorry but this is all f... up as once I'm logged onto a website, I should be always logged on and not take me to another country and I have to log on again.
