The seller has different grading bands, but I cannot see anywhere which band this comes under. 

The sellers 12 months warranty is only good whilst the seller is trading. If the seller stops trading in 6 months time your warranty goes out of the window. 

You normally find phones like these are manufacturer returns so you have no way of knowing why it was returned. 

In all honesty I would not spend £750 on a phone that is not brand new and doesn't carry a manufacturers full guarantee

for that sort of money, i would go to a shop in town, not buy off here 🙂
