I’m suspicious that a seller won’t send my item

Hi, does anyone know how I can speak to eBay direct? I ordered an expensive swimming pool on April 30th but the seller won't answer my messages asking when it will be dispatched & as far as I can tell has now removed all his other listings from eBay. The automated eBay service won't help till May 16th but meanwhile we have constructed a concrete base in our garden to take that exact size of pool. there are only a couple of this same pool available anywhere now, from eBay sellers in Italy so I need my money refunded asap to get another the same... or can eBay reassure me that the original seller has actually sent my pool!

Ebay can't assure you of anything,they know no more than you do, either the seller has marked as dispatched or not. Ebay never handles or see the MILLIONS of items listed.

 

If estimated delivery is the 16th, then you cannot open a Not Received Case till then and if the seller does not respond it is another 8 days until you can escalate to ebay.

 

You say the seller has " as far as you can tell" removed all their listings.What does that mean, either he has listings or not? The important thing is whether they show in completed listings as if removed by Ebay they will completely disappear and would mean there is a real problem with the seller.

 

If this is a Business Seller and I would hope it is their contact details should be on the bottom left of the listings including the one in your PURCHASES.
