I have returned an item, but it has been returned saying 'gone away'.

I started a return and sent the goods back, but today I received the item back saying ' adressee has gone away'.

What do I do now? How do I get in contact with eBay directly to resolve this matter?

eBay usually only require attempted delivery for returns.   Enter the tracking number into the case if it's not already there and you will be able to escalate the case to ebay 8/9 days after you opened it. 

 

Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
