I have collected my click and collect item but Ebay keeps sending me emails telling me to collect it! How do I resolve this. The collection point said they had confirmed my collection.
Just ignore it. Someone has not done therir job properly, but it is only a remnder nothing will happen.
I am surprised that ebay sends a reminder considering the number of members who forget to collect within 7 days.
