I have apparently given a seller a neutral feed back can this be altered please

I have apprantly have given a seller a neutral  instead of a positive response.can this be changed please. i am sure i clicked on positive and i have never given a neutral response .

Seller goes to the bottom of his feedback page and uses the Feedback Revision Request.
