I got message telling me to pay for item I already paid for. ebay and seller won't answer my emails

I bought an item on eBay and payed through Paypal, I then get an "Appealing unpaid items", I send email to seller with pictuer of proof of payment, I hear nothing, I messaged eBay and no answer there either...... How the hell do you get justic from this **bleep**...

you are in Eire and the seller in UK - if the item was in Global shipping you have lots to pay the seller and the international charges.

Was this the situation?

It sounds like you have had an unpaid case opened against you.
