I got an item from eBay it said it was in good working order but it isnt working right

1 off the speakers female jack is not working the 2supwoofersare the same it will not turn off and no remote controler how do I get help with this to send back ( this item was but in that it was in good working order

You didn't get the item from Ebay - Ebay doesn't sell anything. You bought from one of the many million sellers that use Ebay's platform to offer their items for sale.

Ebay's 30-day Money Back Guarantee is on every listing and in various other places across the site. Read it, and follow the instructions to return the item to the seller, at the seller's expense.

If you don't want to return it, but would prefer a partial refund instead, then Ebay can't help you with that - Ebay can only offer return-for-refund. You will have to contact the seller.
