I get a technical issue error when i try to print a return label

I bought an item as a guest and when I requested a return label I got an email to print the label from a link and when I click on the link I get a technical error. can you help please

There's a glitch with returns labels. Even if you manage to print eventually, you'll find the label is blank. So choose the option to have the label emailed to you. You can then print the label from the email.
