The rules for selling/buying Vehicles in the USA are different than those on this, the UK site ... here there is No Payment Protection offered for vehicles, nor is PayPal an acceptable method of payment ...  Ask your question in the US Community Centre >

You are in USA, but if it is same as UK, there is NO ebay protection for vehicles & ebay don't sell anything anyway,

it is a platform for sellers to advertise on.
