I am hiring someone to do the listings. How can I prevent them from using my account to buy items?

Because payment is automatic once confirm is clicked, how can I prevent someone doing listings for me in another loacation, from buying items? Ant ideas?

You do of course realise that you are responsible for the Conduct of your account, so any misconduct by the person you allow to use your account, you are responsible for, if they do something to get a ban it is you who are banned, possibly indefinitely and you cannot expect any help or support from ebay.

Listing on ebay is not that difficult, people complain about fees but you are prepared to PAY someone to run your account but you take all the risks, including Bad Feedback.

In my opinion a VERY bad decision. That is why ebay stopped a scheme they once had allowing what I think were called Selling Assistants as it was too risky.

If you want someone to sell for you, let them do it on THEIR ACCOUNT.

I do appreciate your help. It would work well if she had an account. I could ask her to open one but the downside is that we have 100 percent positive ratings on 500 plus sales and she would have zero. Now those rating always influence me a lot as a potential buyer. How about you?
What I want is some way to change the automatic status of my payments. So that when it goes to my visa card for confirmation, ebay or my bank requests the 3 digit security number, or that Paypay requests a password. Is this something you could come up with any ideas on as to whether that is possible or not?

If you disable auto payment you have to log in to your PayPal account with the password before every payment. That's what I have to do, by choice.

Thanks for your feedback. I want to disable auto payment and have been trying to do it but can't find the way to get to the Paypal disable button, Could you please help on that one? Tell me the steps I have to go through, THanks,
