Because payment is automatic once confirm is clicked, how can I prevent someone doing listings for me in another loacation, from buying items? Ant ideas?
You do of course realise that you are responsible for the Conduct of your account, so any misconduct by the person you allow to use your account, you are responsible for, if they do something to get a ban it is you who are banned, possibly indefinitely and you cannot expect any help or support from ebay.
Listing on ebay is not that difficult, people complain about fees but you are prepared to PAY someone to run your account but you take all the risks, including Bad Feedback.
In my opinion a VERY bad decision. That is why ebay stopped a scheme they once had allowing what I think were called Selling Assistants as it was too risky.
If you want someone to sell for you, let them do it on THEIR ACCOUNT.
You cannot!
If you give someone authority to use your account, give them password etc, then they have free reign over it , and of course if not trustworthy , can use it to buy items , if you have Paypal funds, it would be easy to use those too to pay.
It's not a wise decision giving someone this use of your account unless you can trust them 100%.
Adding to the advice already given -
Looking at your live listings you have problems.
Listings show “Registered as a business seller” but no contact details are displayed as they should be and you say “Returns: No returns accepted” as a business seller you cannot have that on listings, you have to accept returns by law.
Your postage of “Standard Delivery” does not cover you for what you are selling “Sterling Silver”
You go to PayPal and remove automatic payment. There is also no need for them to have access to your PayPal password or account.
They can still buy, but not pay, you can't stop that.
