How do I purchase a vehicle from ebay? Can someone please help me

Can someone please help me? I need to know how to buy a car from eBay motors

i would imagine that whether it`s the states or anywhere else, you simply buy it by hitting `buy it now` or get in touch with the seller if it`s a classified ad or similar, but just like here in the u.k, you need to make sure it`s as described before paying for it and doing all the usual checks on it first, such as it`s history etc.  i don`t know if you guys in the states have something similar, but here in the u.k we have what they call an H.P.I check, which is a service you have to pay a small fee and it gives you important history/info on the vehicle, such as is there any finance left on the vehicle, has it had any recorded accidents in the past, all important things to know, so i`m guessing you have a similar service there. Main thing to remember though, is no payment till you`ve seen it, kicked the tyres and taken it a few blocks to try out 🙂
