Hiya! I wasn't home when my item was delivered and all it says is: NO ANSWER AVAILABLE FOR COLLECT.
What do I do now?
I have no idea how to gte my item and the website doesn't show me how I can collect it.
Please help!

Where did you see this message?
If card left, all info on there,
if carrier website, you have tracking info, so can re-arrange delivery from website.
