Hermes reprinted label using tracking for my parcel but repackaged someone else's item!!

Hi

I purchased an item that was despatched by Hermes. On the tracking it states 'label reprinted due to damage'

However the parcel that had been repackaged was for someone else and a different Seller! Because it says my parcel has been delivered the Seller for MY parcel won't investigate or reply. Ebay can't help because it says delivered and Hermes are impossible to get hold of ..... how can I get refunded??

Open an item not as described case.  Your seller may decide it is worth contacting myhermes at that point. 

You will need to return the wrong item to your seller to get your refund.  They will have to pay for the return label.  They will also then have to sort things out with myhermes,.

Try phoning paypal & explain to them to see if you can open case.
