Hello everyone,
I am having trouble with opening a case for an item that I was not delivered, I have received a box without shoes with a report from the border that it was noticed that the box was forcefully opened (torn) and that the shoes were missing.
While the seller has informed me to open a case on Ebay, I have took the path of trying to report the item thorugh My Ebay - Purchase History - More Actions - Didn't Receive it but it transfers me to PayPal where I do not see my transaction.
The other link I followed was through Customer Service - Report the Seller - Report the item I didn't receive - and when I select the item, it lands me on the page where it says: "We are making updates, we will be back soon".
Also, it seems impossible to contact the customer service directly and I am in a situation where I really need the refund ASAP as the item was very expensive and the seller wants me to open a case what I cannot seem to do succesfully.

Have you opened a case yet?
you need to open a case " not as described" ( empty box)
you have received something, albeit an emptyi box, if seller can prove delivery you will not win the case...
