Have Ebay changed the way that returns are processed in the last couple of days?

Just wondered if anyone can help.......I want to return a couple of items to sellers that accept returns but the returns process/layiout seems to have changed in the last few days on Ebay??? I'm now being asked to select a postage option and then being directed to Paypal to be charged for a returns label and postage, yet the estimated postal charges are higher than I know the postage charge would be to send the item back. The whole process seemed much easier than this a couple of days ago with no estimated postal charges and the need to log into Paypal. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it was the latter. I was just a bit concerned that I was asked for my Paypal details up front to pay for postage that I know that I could have purchased cheaper if I'd gone to the post office directly.

Is this new format found by going to the Resolution Centre,  or by clicking return item right of the item purchased?  If the latter,  I have heard before that it does churn out too many varied options, to select there,  the Resolution Centre has been the better choice.

Does sound like the format has changed though,  I'm sure we will get more reports on this !
