Hello,
I have an Australian eBay account & Paypal account.
1. Can I use my Aust. eBay account to buy items from eBay UK or do I need to register a new account with eBay UK?
2. Can I use the Aust PayPal account to pay for eBay UK purchases?
3. Purchases from eBay UK will be posted to Cyprus where I am stuck for the next few months due to Covid-19. Would my current location for posting be a problem?

Just one problem I can see, is POSTAGE. When you buy ebay will invoice with postage to Australia, which will be more than Cyprus.
I suggest you temorarily change your Residence to get round his. https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/account/changing-account-settings/updating-country-currency-settings?id=...
