Free postage

Hi, wondering would anyone know where I stand with this? I purchased an item off a seller which offered free postage with no restrictions. Got a message saying item was being posted yesterday then get a message today saying they are unable to ship that it will cost £83 and if I want it to pay this for postage? Because it was falsely advertised is there anything I can do?

Get your money back [not received case is needed] and leave feedback to reflect your experience - seller refused to honour transaction.
