Feedback time 60 days too short.

Why there is only 60 days time to leave feedback? Nowdays it lasts 80 days or more to arrive from China to Europe. I am waiting for my item from China i bought in february. I have left negative feedback to seller, and i will change it to positive, if item arrvives, which i doubt. Next friday i must leave another negative feedback to seller from item i bought in march (not arrived yet), and i will change that feedback to positive, if item arrives. My opinion is, time to leave feedback should be 90 or 120 days.

No way. It is your choice to buy items with such long delivery times!!

These sellers know that by delaying delivery, if at all, they cannot get feedback. Have a look at some of the sellers you buy from and see how many Feedback Revisions they have. Some have 100s (there is a restriction based on a % of the number of feedback received). Many of these revisions have been made by gullible buyers on the basis of promises which seller has no intention of keeping.

Buyers can only get positive, but do you really think sellers should have to wait 3 months before knowing that their buyer is not going to turn into the buyer from hell?

That would soon increase the number of sellers who gave up leaving feedback at all.
