That is what the Money Back Guarantee is for, it is on EVERY LISTING.
You open a Not As Described Case, seller has toprovide a reply Paid Return Label and on returnyou get a refund. If seller does not respond, then you escalate to ebay to deal with.
For the seller it gets expensive and should teach them a lesson as they pay return postage a full refund and if they don't dea lwith the case they still pay the selling fee.
You should also leave appropriate feedback.
It must be a Not As Described Case not just a return.
