Fake medicine

Hi - I have purchased a Lipozene medicine and asked the seller if it is original and he said he bought it from the main producer and I received and used it for a couple of days, didn't change my appetite and did not have the same results as before. I have contacted him twice again and there is no reply.

What should I do

adding to the advice already given -

Unfortunately if the medicine is indeed fake - the seller and the item are located in Canada and that means you, as the importer, are fully responsible for importing counterfeit medicine - is it even legal to import them?

So better just to open a case and forget about 'fake'.

With the number of major chemist outlets and the smaller chemist shops in the UK why do people buy medicines on eBay.

I am not sure what you are asking, but the seller is not likely to admit selling fake drugs, are they?

If you think the drug is counterfeit or fake I strongly recommend that you do not use it.

If you are still in time then open a case in the Resolution Centre for ‘I received an item that does not match the seller’s description’:

https://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/

You have 30 days past the date of receipt to do that.

Escalate to eBay on day 9 of opening the case for a full refund if not refunded in the meantime.

You may be required to return the drug to the seller by prepaid tracked postage, at the seller’s expense.

If you still want to buy the drug then best to buy from a reputable high street outlet.
