This request is about 3iphones puchest on 31/10/2020 as follows
The above phones were returned to seller on 12/11/2020 with tracking numbers intact on them for none collection
Due Covid19 lock down there was communication breakdown which caused delays in every aspect. I did not receive any information to collect these phones from Argos East where they were delivered. I also did not get information about asking ebay to come in and assist collecting my money. The customer sent email to saying they had not got iphone 8 plus on 25/11/2020 and ebay asked me to reply on that same day with tracking number to Joseph of mobile trons. during that period communication was difficult, I could not access my ebay. On 10/12/2020 the return was closed without getting my refund. I contacted ebay and I was told I could contact seller directly which I did on on 11/12/2020. I got no results since then. I have been asked to contact you to assist.and I therefore appeal to you ebay community to assist me get back my refund from mobile trons as stated above

Something very wrong here.Based in Malaysia with a UK Registered Account?. The Phones are Located in Essex. Where did you Return them too?
