Ebay cancelation notice

Two weeks ago I puchased a item from south korea the next day I get a message from the seller saying it's been posted and then shortly after that I get a message from ebay telling my bids for the item has been cancelled and my account suspended, what I want to know is my item still on it's way it's estimated to arrive on the 24th of april at the latest

Unless you have postal tracking there's no way of knowing if it's on its way but odds are it is.  eBay are removing listings that take advantage of the coronavirus situation, if that's relevant.

Hopefully you will get the item but if you don't log directly into your Paypal account and click on "Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre" on the lefthand side. Open a "Not received" case and escalate it asap within 20 days to get your money back.
