Didn’t received a refund for a Item that didn’t arrived

How can I trust Ebay... I’ve payed for a item and the Tracked didn’t arrive,  My £16.00 pounds don’t going to coming back to my account ( next time Amazom will be my preference ones ebay don’t gave me my money back ) was only £16.00 pounds, it will change my mind with ebay trust website!

Buyers are well covered against losing money on ebay if they follow the policies

Did you open a dispute?

What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing         

                                            

If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description

then you can open a  not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.

You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

 

Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days

You have 30 days from  the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute

 

You are also covered by the paypal money back gurantee so if you fail for any reason on ebay then open a dispute in papal

You have 180 days to open the dispute on paypal

Open the dispute and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 days

You open ebay case for item not received, escalate after 3 working days.

But, if seller can prove delivery, you lose case.
