Cheap tricks of dishonest sellers

New cheap trick buy seller, 

I searched for some motorcycle parts long and hard to find stuff that doesnt have to come from china, as that seems to be the only place you can buy from now days, so I find a uk stock seller, buy the parts with a 2 to 3 day delivery, get a text saying company will send me free gift, but they will come as two deliveries.

So my parts are now late but I got my free gift, a cheap plastic neckless!! and straight away they have marked up my goods have been delivered!

I have tried to report this seller for what I think is dishonest and under hand, and none delivery.

but tracking say my parts were delivered. 

I am getting feed up with purches on ebay evey other one is a pain, spend all day complaning and trying to resolve problems.

The only person who will be out of pocket is the seller
